In cooperation with EnergyX, we provide a comprehensive range of engineering services and product development solutions to cater to both our clients’ needs and our own product lines. Fabrication
Our skilled CNC operators manufacture parts for all our business areas, including fabrication, based on customer-provided drawings. We specialize in machining precision components, particularly in small series, with a focus on demanding alloys like Inconel, Titanium, Duplex, and Super Duplex. While we excel in processing these alloys, we can also machine various other raw materials. With our well-stocked wood goods warehouse, we ensure fast turnaround times for our customers. In case we don’t have the required raw materials or forged parts in stock, we maintain excellent agreements with reliable suppliers. Our quality control is handled by a dedicated quality controller and involves the use of a coordinate measuring machine to ensure stringent standards in machining.
Assembling
We recognize the crucial role of assembly in the production process, as it requires knowledge and experience to ensure that the final product meets the required specifications. Our team of mechanical fitters possesses extensive qualifications and experience, with diverse backgrounds in downhole, hydraulic, and subsea equipment. Additionally, through collaborations with other technology park companies, we are able to offer electronics assembly services.
